Responsibilities:

• Booking of flights with airlines
• Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
• Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
• Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Monitors progress to achieve month end targets
• Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
• Take charge of supplier’s invoice disputes
• Take lead in issue resolutions
• Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
• All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager

Requirements:

• Diploma in Supply Chain or related module equivalent and above
• At least 2 years of related experience in freight forwarding industry
• Strong knowledge in freight forwarding operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint etc)
• Communication skills
• Able to multitasking and ability to manage time effectively
• Problem-solving
