The Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily air freight operations to support timely shipment processing.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain air freight documentation in accordance with operational requirements.
• Arrange shipment schedules and liaise with relevant parties to facilitate smooth cargo movement.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with customers, agents, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment matters.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the team as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to air freight operations as assigned.

The Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Air Freight Operations or a related logistics function.
• Familiarity with air freight processes and shipping documentation would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
