A leading global logistics company is seeking an experienced Air Cargo Load Planning Manager to join its growing team and support specialised air cargo operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate full and partial charter shipments for oversized and specialised capital equipment
• Prepare aircraft loading plans and liaise with airlines for approval
• Plan ULD requirements and cargo configurations based on aircraft loading specifications
• Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure accurate cargo build-up and loading execution
• Optimise aircraft payload to maximise yield and minimise operational costs
• Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to manage shipment changes and ensure timely uplift
• Provide technical guidance and training on aircraft load planning and ULD build-up
• Resolve complex cargo loading challenges and drive continuous process improvements

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience inair cargo load planning, charter operations or project logistics
• Experience handling oversized, project or capital equipment shipments is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of aircraft load planning and ULD planning
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills
