Job Summary
Lead AI adoption by combining business development, digital marketing, and relationship management to create opportunities, engage decision-makers, and drive growth for AI solutions across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Aitom Gen AI solutions to expand market presence.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and consultative solution sessions to engage potential clients.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with business owners, management teams, and key decision-makers to foster trust and collaboration.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted networking, social media engagement, digital outreach, and participation in industry events.
- Create and manage awareness campaigns on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms to increase market visibility.
- Design and execute creative marketing campaigns that promote AI adoption and support business transformation initiatives.
- Organize and facilitate customer visits, webinars, workshops, and product showcase sessions to demonstrate AI capabilities.
- Analyze customer challenges and recommend tailored AI solutions that address specific business needs.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery and implementation of customer projects.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging AI opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve and exceed sales and business development targets through proactive engagement and follow-through.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, IT, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, customer success, or related fields.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, and Emerging Technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in engaging with customers and senior management.
- Active social media user comfortable creating business-related content.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and creativity.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and energetic.
- Experience in SaaS, software solutions, technology sales, digital marketing, or AI-related solutions is advantageous.
