AI Solutions Consultant

We are looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to help SMEs in Singapore adopt AI in a practical, empowering, and sustainable way.

We believe AI should not be limited to large corporations or technical teams. It should be accessible to everyday businesses, usable by ordinary teams, and powerful enough to solve real problems. This role is for someone who wants to be part of that mission.

As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will work directly with SME owners and leaders to turn interest in AI into real, working solutions. You will help clients identify opportunities, scope use cases, build no-code AI agents, and guide them towards confidence and independence in using AI for their own business.

This is not a purely advisory role. It is hands-on, client-facing, and deeply practical. You will not only help clients imagine what is possible — you will help build it with them and enable them to carry it forward.

What you will do

• Generate and develop leads, while also working on leads provided through the company’s funnel

• Meet SME owners and business leaders to understand their needs, pain points, and opportunities for AI adoption

• Translate vague ideas into clear, scoped, practical AI solutions

• Design and build no-code AI agents and workflows for clients

• Review client-provided materials and knowledge bases to identify patterns, structure information, and shape the right bot behaviour and customisation

• Use practical AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms to support analysis, planning, and implementation

• Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, onboarding, and knowledge transfer for clients

• Equip clients to manage their bots independently and continue building on their own after the project

• Contribute to a fast-moving startup environment where consulting, delivery, and growth often go hand in hand
  

What we are looking for

• Experience in a client-facing role such as solutions consulting, customer success, implementation, product, digital transformation, or startup operations

• Strong ability to build and implement practical solutions, not just discuss them

• Good commercial sense and confidence in speaking with business owners or senior decision-makers

• Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms

• Comfort with no-code or low-code tools

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Clear, confident communication with non-technical users

• Self-starter mindset with initiative, energy, and ownership

• Ability to thrive in a startup environment that requires adaptability, resilience, and momentum
  

Helpful but not essential

• Experience in SaaS, startup product, onboarding, enablement, or implementation roles

• Experience running workshops, training, or onboarding sessions

• Experience working with SMEs or owner-led businesses

• A STEM background or evidence of structured, analytical thinking

• Experience turning messy or unstructured information into usable workflows, prompts, or operational logic

Compensation

On-target monthly earnings of SGD 5,000–6,000, comprising base salary plus commission on closed sales
