We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on AI Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered applications from concept to production. This role combines strong full‑stack engineering fundamentals with deep practical experience in LLMs, AI agents, and GenAI platforms. You will work closely with product, business, and engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into real-world workflows and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Platform Development

• Build AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), agents, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
• Develop and integrate chat, voice, and avatar-based AI agents
• Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms as part of daily development
• Integrate GenAI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) into products and workflows
• Debug, optimise performance, and enhance the reliability of AI systems

Full‑Stack Engineering

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python, Node.js, FastAPI
• Design and manage RESTful APIs for communication between frontend, backend, and AI services
• Build responsive frontend interfaces for demos and products using React, Next.js, PHP, or similar frameworks
• Integrate databases, vector stores, and cloud services
• Connect AI solutions with real business systems such as ATS, CRM, portals, and dashboards

Architecture & Delivery

• Lead features from design to deployment across web, mobile, and backend platforms
• Contribute to platform architecture, reusable components, and engineering best practices
• Design secure, scalable, and high-performance applications
• Ensure security, compliance, and engineering standards are maintained across the infrastructure

Collaboration & Ownership

• Collaborate with product and business teams to translate use cases into production-ready solutions
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and operational workflows
• Mentor team members through code reviews, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Document patterns, architectures, implementation approaches, and technical learnings

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering (data structures, APIs, web applications)
• Proven full‑stack development experience (5+ years preferred)
• Hands-on experience building production-level code in Python
• Experience with JavaScript/ TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks
• Practical experience with LLMs and GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, Git, and modern development workflows
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related quantitative fields (or equivalent practical experience)
