Job Description

We are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong Full-Stack Engineering background and experience with AI/Agentic tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business users to understand problems and requirements.

• Conduct discovery and research on business use cases, datasets, and systems.

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions using Claude and Agentic AI tools.

• Apply Prompt, Context, and Skills Engineering.

• Work with development teams to deploy solutions into production.

• Engage confidently with senior stakeholders, including MD-level stakeholders.

• Present solutions and recommendations clearly using facts and analysis.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong Full-Stack Engineering background.

• Experience with AI / Agentic tools.

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, Context Engineering, and Skills Engineering.

• Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
