As part of our next stage of growth, we are hiring our first dedicated AI Transformation & Automation Specialist.

This role will work directly with senior management to identify opportunities, redesign business processes, and deploy AI solutions that dramatically improve productivity across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary objective is to transform how our company operates through AI.

This includes:

• Identifying repetitive or inefficient workflows across the business
• Designing AI-first business processes that improve speed, accuracy and scalability
• Building AI agents and intelligent automations to execute operational tasks
• Developing internal AI tools for accounting, HR, operations, sales, customer service and management
• Designing end-to-end automation using APIs, LLMs, MCPs and orchestration platforms such as n8n and Make
• Evaluating and implementing emerging AI technologies where they provide measurable business value
• Working closely with department heads to redesign existing workflows
• Training and supporting employees in adopting AI tools effectively
• Measuring productivity improvements and continuously identifying new automation opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Have experience building AI agents or workflow automations
• Learn new technologies quickly
• Enjoy improving systems and eliminating manual work
• Think from first principles rather than simply following existing processes
• Can communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
• Take ownership and enjoy working independently

Experience is valuable, but we place greater emphasis on your ability to learn, build and deliver results.

Technical Skills (Preferred)

Experience with some of the following is advantageous:

• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other LLMs
• n8n
• Make.com
• APIs and webhooks
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Python or JavaScript
• AI agents
• Prompt engineering
• Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Vector databases
• Workflow automation
• OCR and document AI
• Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace integrations
