Job Summary

Perm Export Sales Co-ordinator needed handling export related matters.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update shipment status daily to provide timely and accurate information to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth export operations
• Coordinate proactively with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel to prevent shipment delays and resolve logistics issues efficiently
• Manage and process shipping documents including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading Drafts (BL), Insurance Proposals, Declaration of Carrier, Verified Gross Mass (VGM) Form, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, GST Form (Goods Return from customer), and Verification of Permit to ensure compliance and facilitate seamless export transactions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification as a foundational requirement to perform export coordination duties effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Relevant work experience in export sales coordination

Details
Work location: Gul area
Basic salary: $2,700 to $3,000
Working hours: 8.15am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Transport provided from Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay and Yew Tee MRT stations
