Role Summary

We are seeking an Agentic AI Consultant to help customers identify, design, and implement AI-powered autonomous solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency. The role combines business consulting, solution design, and hands-on implementation of Agentic AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI discovery workshops and identify automation opportunities.
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, workflows, and automation platforms.
• Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution presentations, and customer workshops.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in AI, Automation, RPA, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP).
• Python, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Banking, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, or Logistics.
• Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or similar automation platforms.
• AI, Cloud, or Automation certifications are an advantage.
