Job Summary
We are seeking an After-Sales & Pre-Sales Service Support professional to provide technical support before and after product sales. This role ensures smooth product implementation, customer satisfaction, troubleshooting, and service coordination while supporting the sales team with technical expertise during the pre-sales process. The role bridges Sales, Technical, and Customer Service functions.
Responsibilities
- Set up, present, and demonstrate technical solutions to new and existing clients to support sales objectives
- Deliver on-site and remote training sessions to clients and partners to enhance product understanding and usage
- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with users and partners to foster collaboration and support
- Acquire knowledge of new products and provide accurate technical advice to clients and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults and user issues both on-site and remotely to ensure operational continuity
- Serve as liaison between manufacturers, partners, and end users to facilitate communication and issue resolution
- Analyze solution implementations to identify and address problematic issues effectively
- Collaborate in managing solution deployment and align client expectations with service delivery
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English to communicate effectively with clients and partners
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications to support documentation and communication tasks
- Strong presentation and communication skills to engage clients and deliver technical information clearly
- Interest in ProAV (Professional Audio Visual) and IT sectors to enhance technical understanding and client support
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn to adapt to evolving technologies and client needs
Candidate Profile
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- 1–2 years experience in technical support, field service, or application engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills (English required; regional language a plus).
- Willing to travel for on-site support when required.
