General duties:

· Record attendance at work by using online and hardcopy attendance recording systems.

· Punctually operationalise Clinics or Sessions.

· Ensure the comfort and well-being of the patients/customers.

· Handle daily transactions, booking and scheduling of appointments.

· Make post-treatment courtesy calls to all patients/customers as part of the service excellence protocol.

· Follow up on patients/customers’ upcoming appointments.

· Responsible for explaining to patients/customers and ensuring they understand the benefits and procedures of the various treatments.

· Help patients/customers understand the costs involved in the treatments.

· Ensure the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and all areas.

· Responsible for inventory stock-take.

· Maintain good customer relations with patients/customers, their families and referring healthcare professionals.

· Assist Clinicians with the use of standard equipment.

· Provide on-the-job training to fellow colleagues when needed.

· Work with the team to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

· Identify and report incidents to the clinic manager for the necessary actions.

· Any other work as assigned by the clinic manager/director.
