Job Summary

You will provide professional consultations and performfacial and skin treatments to meet clients’ aesthetic needs, support doctorswith treatment care, and contribute to sales targets while maintaining highhygiene standards in a client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional consultations to assess clients’ aesthetic needs and recommend suitable treatments
• Perform basic facial and skin treatments following training to ensure client safety and satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering attentive service to promote satisfaction and retention
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through ethical and consultative sales practices
• Assist doctors with pre-treatment preparation and post-treatment care to support clinical procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms to comply with health and safety protocols
• Follow up with clients to monitor treatment progress and address any concerns promptly
• Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide up-to-date advice and recommendations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in aesthetics, beauty, spa, or wellness industry preferred
• Sales-driven with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to work retail hours, including Saturdays
• Team player with a proactive mindset
