Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead advertising sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets across digital and other media platforms.

  • Able to identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts to expand the client base.

  • Able to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building long-term relationships and delivering tailored advertising solutions.

  • You need to collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, operations) to ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns.

  • You need to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform business strategy and offerings.

  • You need to prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

  • Able to provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Able to represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • You must have a minimum 6–7 years of proven experience in advertising/media sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity.

  • You must have a strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team.

  • You must have an excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

  • Solid understanding of media platforms (print, digital, social) and how to craft integrated advertising solutions.

  • Highly driven, strategic, and results-oriented with strong business acumen.

  • You must a comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and digital campaign performance metrics is preferred.

  • You must have a track record of building and maintaining a strong client portfolio.
