Job Responsibilities

• Able to identify and pursue new advertising sales opportunities through effective prospecting and lead generation.

• Able to sell advertising solutions (digital or other media) tailored to clients’ business needs.

• Able to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.

• Able to develop, present, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

• You need to stay updated on industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.

• Able to deliver excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

• Executive level: You must have 2 years of experience in advertising/media sales or related fields.

• Senior Executive level: You must have 3–5 years of proven experience in advertising or media sales, with a strong sales track record and client portfolio.

• You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for building client relationships.

• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.

• You must be a team player with strong business acumen and a proactive mindset.

• Goal-driven and comfortable working in a target-based environment.

• Experience with digital marketing and advertising on social media platforms is a plus.

• Proven track record in advertising/media sales is preferred for senior-level consideration.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience but a strong interest in media sales are also welcome to apply.
