Position Requirements

Minimum O-Level or equivalent with a professional and proactive work attitude

Able to work on weekends and support operational scheduling when required

Strong service orientation and professional presentation able to work independently and collaboratively

Competent in essential computer applications with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Fresh graduates who demonstrate commitment and willingness to learn are welcome as training will be provided

Job Responsibilities

Provide professional front-of-house reception and support a positive experience for students and parents

Assist in class scheduling trial lesson coordination attendance updates and fee-related administrative processes

Ensure the school environment is consistently well-presented welcoming and aligned with institutional standards
