Job Description
Work directly with CEO/ACADEMIC DIRECTOR and provide administrative support
Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative support
2. Reply emails independently
3. Prepare PowerPoint slides
4. Maintain management files
5. Provide ad-hoc support
Skills and Knowledge
1. English proficiency
2. Clear verbal and written communications skills
3. Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.)
4. PowerPoint savvy

Work Hours
1. 4-day work week (8.30am to 6.00pm)
2. One Saturday a month and taketime-off on weekdays
Salary and Benefits
1. Monthly Gross Salary: $3.4k - $3.6k
2. 14-day Annual leave
3. Medical and accident insurance
4. $750 Medical claim per annum ($75 per claim for registered GP Clinics)
