Job Responsibilities:

• To process all AMS customer’s requests & handle customer inquiries on AMS matter
• To assist Project Engineer in testing & commissioning of AMS customer programming
• Responsible in processing AMS report according to customer’s request or schedule
• To perform downloading of data from site’s card access panel to Control Centre
• Conduct periodic backup & archive customer’s history transactions and database
• To backup Technical Department & response to AMS Technical Fault
• Any others ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec in Business Administration qualification or relevant
• Possess minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service
