【岗位职责】

• 记录并跟进学生当前的学习进度与学习状况
• 协助监督学生每日学习目标的完成情况
• 根据主管要求完成每周学术/学习报告
• 协助安排学习计划及相关教务行政工作
• 与家长沟通学生学习情况，并协助安排家长面谈时间
• 支持中心日常教务与行政事务

【岗位要求】

• 学历要求：大专（Diploma）或以上
• 有托管中心、补习中心或教育相关工作经验者优先
• 做事细心、有责任感，具备良好的时间管理能力
• 具备良好的沟通能力，能与家长及团队良好配合
• 基本电脑操作能力
• 喜欢教育环境，认同温馨、有秩序的工作氛围

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and record students’ academic progress and learning performance
• Track daily learning goals and ensure assigned tasks are completed
• Prepare weekly academic or progress reports as required by the supervisor
• Assist with academic coordination and administrative duties
• Communicate with parents regarding students’ learning progress
• Arrange and coordinate parent-teacher meetings
• Support the centre’s daily academic and operational needs

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or above
• Prior experience in a student care centre, tuition centre, or education-related role is preferred
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organised
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Google tools)
• Comfortable working in a warm, supportive educational environment
