Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support the daily administrative operations of our company.

The successful candidate will oversee office administration, supervise admin staff, coordinate documentation and reporting, and ensure smooth operational support across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise daily administrative and office support functions.
  • Assists in recruitment, work passes, staff onboarding administration and attendance records, staff training, and orientation.
  • Manage office supplies, facility maintenance, guests visit and reception.
  • Coordinate meetings, internal events, and company communications.
  • Manage travel arrangement, including flight and hotel bookings and visa application (if any)

Requirements Skills and Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Degree in in relevant field
  • Min 3 years of experience in HR operations and office administration
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations an advantage
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or dynamic environment
