Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Oversee the daily operations of the Singapore office, including office administration, facilities management, office maintenance, procurement of office supplies, and inventory control.
- Maintain the company's fixed asset register, including asset tracking, allocation, and periodic stocktaking to ensure accurate records.
- Manage external service providers and vendors (e.g. office facilities, cleaning, maintenance, and other administrative services), including vendor selection, contract administration, performance monitoring, and periodic evaluation.
Business Support
- Coordinate corporate reception and business hospitality arrangements, including visitor coordination, venue bookings, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
- Organise internal and external meetings, including meeting room reservations, preparation of meeting materials and equipment, meeting minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Executive Support
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, travel arrangements, document preparation, correspondence, and coordination of ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Candidates from all disciplines are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong organisational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: SGD 4,000 – SGD 4,500 per month (commensurate with qualifications and experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break)
- Weekends and Singapore Public Holidays off
- 13th Month Bonus upon completion of one year of service
- Annual Leave, Medical Leave, and other benefits in accordance with Singapore employment regulations and company policy.
