Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Support various work teams with administrative requests such as managing of invoices processing and tracking.
  • Assist in purchasing and tracking of stock orders.
  • Maintain stock of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Responsible for answering & directing phone calls, greeting & coordinating appointments, scheduling & facilitating on- or off-site consultations and meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • No work experience required.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
