We are a local B1 Building/Civil Engineering Contractor, looking for suitably qualified and committed candidates to be part of our team in the following capacities.
Job Summary
You will support daily office operations by managing administrative tasks, maintaining organized records, and assisting with communication to ensure smooth office functioning.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily administrative tasks to support office operations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Update and maintain filing systems and records to ensure easy access and accurate documentation
- Answer phone calls professionally and handle ad hoc duties as assigned to support team needs
- Organize and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines efficiently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel, to prepare documents and manage data effectively
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work independently to complete assigned tasks reliably
- Exhibit strong organizational skills and resourcefulness to handle multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience to perform core office functions
- Possess at least A level or Diploma qualification
- Ability to work a 5-day work week
