Job Descriptions:

• Take care of company general affairs and administrative duties.
• Manage daily administration tasks, documentation, and coordination
• Handle administrative duties including proper organisation of records/data keeping
• Prepare quotations, purchase orders and invoices for customers
• Responsible for sourcing on electronics and mechanical parts
• Responsible follow through purchase requisitions
• Follow up on purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure materials are delivered within specifications
• Maintain appropriate levels of stock and track records of inventories
• Provide general support in operations and administrative functions to supervisor
• Any other ad-hoc as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel / Words / PowerPoint
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
• No prior experience is welcomed, on job training will be provided
