Job Description
Duty Include
a. HR administration including keeping track of attendance, leave, employee records…etc.
b. In process and out process documentation to ensure a proper execution of HR policy
c. Data Input Expense Claims , Timesheet
d. Data Input of Payable and Accounts Receivable not limiting to invoice processing.etc.
e. Handling general office tasks and administrative duties.
f. Providing support to managers and other employees.
Job Requirements:
1) At least 1 year work experience of related job scope
2) Diploma / higher NITEC
3) Basic Excel Knowledge
4) English Proficiency
