Responsibilities

• Manage general administrative duties, including document preparation and filing
• Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Perform monthly accounting tasks such as invoice management and basic bookkeeping
• Compile financial reports and prepare invoices accurately and on time
• Liaise with external accounting firms for financial coordination
• Assist the sales team with preparation of materials and responses to inquiries
• Maintain and update customer information and sales-related documentation
• Coordinate with partner companies and clients to manage communications and inquiries
• Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Relevant experience in administrative and basic accounting functions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in invoice processing, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
