Admin Support (Procurement, Soft Service, Cleaning Vendor mgt/ Data Center, 4K)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement processes including Purchase Requests /PO/GR tracking and vendor coordination.
• Support daily office administration and workplace operations.
• Coordinate soft facilities services (cleaning, pest control, pantry, vending machines, etc.).
• Arrange meetings, room bookings, catering, visitor access, and logistics.
• Maintain records, inventories, staff movement, and emergency contact lists.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and company communications.
• Assist with emergency preparedness activities, fire drills, and first aid/AED inventory.
• Organize staff engagement activities, events, and office decorations.
• Provide meeting minutes and administrative support to management.
• Support ad-hoc projects and provide backup to the Manager when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business, Office Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in administration, procurement, facilities, property management, or related areas.
• Experience with vendor management and procurement processes.
• Working experience in MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
• Good communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
