Job Description: Admin Executive/ Assistant (Student Care Centre)
Part-time position
Job Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative operations of the centre
• Manage student enrolment and documentation in Student Management System
• Prepare invoices, track payments and maintain accurate fee records
• Handle parents’ enquiries and emails professionally
• Maintain student attendance and database records
• Coordinate with teachers on student-related administrative matters
• Support peak-hour operations and front-desk duties
• Assist with Open House, enrolment and holiday activities
• Ensure confidentiality of student and parent information
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by Centre Manager
Job Requirements
• Minimum 1–2 years of administrative experience (in education centre preferred)
• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Comfortable handling parents’ enquiries professionally
• Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / Google Drive
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, child-centric environment
