Job Description
Responsibilities
· Assist in General administrative and HR related matters
· Handle in-coming phone calls (we do not receive many calls) and direct enquiries appropriately
· Manage the usage and inventory of office resources
· Handle staff claims and assist Accountant
· Handle other administrative duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
· Minimum GCE O/A Levels/Diploma/Graduate holder are welcome to apply
· Fresh or Experienced are welcome - important is good attitude and willing to learn
· May have client facing opportunity and much room to grow /learn
· Good organisational skills are a plus
· Good coordination skills are a plus
