Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties:

• Process and generate delivery orders, and perform data entry in SAP
• Maintain proper filing, document consolidation, and records management
• Manage stationery and office supplies
• Monitor and follow up on the return of signed delivery orders (DO)
• Provide general administrative support as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field, with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to multitask and work within tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills; meticulous, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Basic accounting knowledge or experience in the RETAIL industry will be an advantage
• Able to commence work on short notice
