Job Description

Job Summary

You will support daily administrative tasks by managing communications in English and Mandarin, organizing documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and working independently to maintain smooth office operations in a Central Area location.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly in English to handle internal and external correspondence effectively
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to create, organize, and manage documents and emails for efficient office workflow
  • Work independently to complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time
  • Maintain discipline and organization to support a productive office environment
  • Collaborate with team members as needed to ensure smooth office operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to perform daily administrative functions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Self-discipline and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and maintain office order

  • Work Days: Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
