•Oversee the company's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

•Manage office administration, documentation and company records.

•Prepare and monitor quotations, purchase orders, invoices and other operational documents.

•Coordinate with suppliers, customers and overseas manufacturers on procurement, shipments and deliveries.

•Supervise inventory control and ensure adequate stock availability.

•Work closely with the Sales, Service and Logistics teams to coordinate equipment deliveries, installations and preventive maintenance schedules.

•Assist in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payment follow-up and liaise with external accountants.

•Support tender submissions, service contracts and project implementation.

•Assist in recruitment, staff onboarding, attendance and general HR administration.

•Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and relevant regulatory requirements.

•Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

•Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
