Job Description
Location: Pasir Panjang
Salary: $12.50/hr
Duration: 1 Year
Working Hours:
- Mon – Thu: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm
Job Scope:
- Coordinate inspection schedules and liaise with licensees on inspection preparation
- Schedule team meetings, send invitations, and compile meeting materials
- Support administrative aspects of secretariat duties for expert committees
- Assist with data collation for workload tracking and performance monitoring
- Provide admin support in refining checklists and integrating them into systems
- Perform data reconciliation and other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum A-Level or Diploma
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
