Job Description
📍 Location: Pioneer
💰 Salary: $2,500 – $2,800
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:15 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Process and prepare delivery orders, invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Monitor inventory levels and update stock movements to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams on deliveries and inventory matters.
- Maintain proper filing and document control for all operational records.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' / 'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of administrative exeperience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
