Job scope:

• Provide admin & secretarial support to the Finance Manager

• Handle event operations including managing event listings and updates on the company's website, as well as liaison with faculty regarding event information and logistics.

• Handle participant enquiries, including refunds, cancellations, and ticket transfers.

• Prepare event reports and ad hoc administrative reports.

• Coordinate office operations, including stationery, pantry supplies, and office equipment.

• Liaise with vendors for maintenance, repairs, courier, mailing, and purchasing matters.

• Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and finance-related administrative tasks.

• Assist with projects and other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Admin experience

• Accounting / Finance Administration background or good with numbers is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas is advantageous

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to multitask.
