Job Description
Pertinent Law LLP is hiring! We are specialized in Conveyancing Real Estate Practice. Due to team expansion, we are looking for Admin Assistant to support the Business Department.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative work and administrative support to the Business Team
- Filtering and identifying of incoming emails
- Data entries and document management
- Compiling of administrative work and updating of records into excel spreadsheet
- Other ad-hoc assigned by supervisor
Requirement:
- Min. NITEC in any field
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in Administrative / Coordination
- Prior work experience in managing task with tight timeline added advantage
- Comfortable to work OT outside of official work hours / work days if required
- A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of tasks
- Detailed and meticulous
