• Working Location: Sin Ming
• Working Hours: 6 Days, Monday – Friday (8.45am–5.45pm), Saturday (8.45am–4pm)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical/ Dental Benefits
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks related to automotive accident claims.
• Prepare and maintain claim documents and records.
• Liaise with customers, insurance companies, and relevant parties.
• Follow up on claim progress and provide updates.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin (to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
