Job Description

We are a growing wholesale company supplying medical goods in Singapore.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily operations.

Job Scope:

  • Prepare delivery orders and invoices
  • Coordinate with warehouse and driver for deliveries
  • Data entry and basic admin work
  • Assist with inventory tracking
  • May occasionally support warehouse operations

Requirements:

  • Honest, responsible, and good working attitude
  • Careful and detail-oriented (especially for invoicing)
  • Able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
  • Prior admin experience preferred

Working Hours:
Mon – Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm
1 hour lunch

Salary:
$2,500 ++ (based on experience)
