·       Responsible forair ticket, hotel booking and visa applications

·       Maintaininventory for pantry items 

·       Assist to checkon travel claims

·       Responsible forattendance reports

·       Orderstationeries including name cards and letterhead

·       Submitinsurance claim if any

·       Arrangeservicing on company cars/air con etc

·       Coordinate with agent to address expatriates' housing andrelated matters

·       Any other adhoc duties as assigned

JobRequirements

·       Minimum Diplomaholders

·       Experience inoffice administration and general affairs

·       Resourceful,meticulous, organized, and independent

·       Displays strongproblem‑solving agility; demonstrates sharp analytical thinking and quick toassess situations and respond

·       Good teamplayer with good communication and interpersonal skills
