Job Description
- Prepare quotations, invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Record receipts and payments in the QuickBooks accounting system.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in the preparation of GST-related documents and quarterly GST filings.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Update and maintain accounting data in QuickBooks.
- Prepare payment vouchers and maintain petty cash records.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
- Process staff reimbursement claims and ensure proper supporting documentation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure documents are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
- Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide general administrative support.
- Perform daily administrative and accounting duties.
- Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Carry out any other administrative and accounting duties assigned by Management.Assistant acc & admin
