Job Description
As an Admin Accounts Manager, you will beresponsible for managing and maintaining financial records, processinginvoices, handling payroll, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.You will work closely with the finance team to support the company’s financialprocesses and procedures.
Responsibilities:
· Manageaccounts payable and receivable processes
· Maintainaccurate financial records and ledgers
· Processinvoices and monitor payments
· Handlepayroll and ensure timely payments
· Reconcilebank statements and financial discrepancies
· Preparefinancial reports and statements
· Assistin budget preparation and financial planning
· Ensurecompliance with financial regulations and policies
· Provide administrative support to the finance team
Qualifications:
· Provenexperience in a similar financial administration role
· Strongunderstanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
· Attentionto detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
· Excellentorganizational and time-management skills
