Responsibility

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices accurately and on time.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing of purchasing, billing, and related records.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to track orders, deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.

• Verify billing details, reconcile inconsistencies, and support payment processing.

• Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.

• Manage enquiries and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow between operations and finance.

Requirement

• Minimum ITE education level in any field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience in operations
• Compassionate, empathetic, and good at building rapport with customers
• Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
