Job Summary

Join Garden Beau as an Administrative Staff to support office operations by managing correspondence, processing timesheets and insurance forms, maintaining filing systems, and assisting leadership in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage correspondence, licenses, permits, and reports to ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Submit workers’ salaried timesheets to maintain payroll accuracy
• Raise worker insurance and training forms and follow up on work permit renewals to ensure compliance
• Perform general office administration duties to support daily operations
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval and record keeping
• Assist the Director and Head of Department with administrative tasks to facilitate smooth management
• Complete any other duties assigned to support team and company needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, QuickBook, and HR System to efficiently handle administrative tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin to ensure clear correspondence
• Ability to work independently with responsibility and trustworthiness
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• O'Level/Certificate in Administration courses/Diploma or equivalent qualification
