Job Description
· Prepare and submit GRA-related documents (forms, photos, IC copies).
· Assist residents in understanding cost-sharing responsibilities.
· Submit claims via official portals
· Monitor claim status and follow up on pending issues.
· Keep records of all submitted claims for reference or audit.
· Maintain digital and physical filing systems for documents and correspondence.
· Prepare reports, forms, and letters as required.
· Support the office team in handling day-to-day operations.
Skills & Requirements:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Able to communicate clearly with residents and external agencies.
· Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
· Prior experience in HDB or community-related work is an advantage
