Raja's Catering (part of the Alangkaar group) is one of Singapore's established Indian wedding and events caterers. We are hiring a senior-friendly Admin & Operations Support Assistant — a steady, predictable office-hours role. Mature jobseekers are welcome and encouraged to apply. This role is intended for support under the WSG Career Conversion Programme (CCP); programme funding eligibility requires Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident status.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Data entry of orders and customer details into our systems.
- Prepare and send invoices; track payments and receipts.
- Maintain filing (digital and physical) and simple scheduling for kitchen and delivery teams.
- Support the office with calls, printing, and document runs.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Careful and organised; basic computer literacy (typing, email; Excel a plus — we will train).
- Steady, dependable working style; Monday to Friday office hours (no event-day requirement).
