Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain company and client documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
• Prepare letters, forms, and internal documents accurately to support team communication
• Maintain filing and record management systems to keep documents orderly and accessible
• Enter accounting transactions into systems to support accurate financial records
• Support the preparation and organization of invoices, receipts, and related documents for timely processing
• Maintain accounting records and financial documentation to assist with audits and reporting
• Track expenses and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to support financial management
• Assist the accounting team with administrative finance tasks to improve workflow efficiency
• Support operational and administrative projects by completing assigned tasks on time
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to meet team needs
