Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out servicing, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for ACMV systems.
• Diagnose and rectify issues related to FCU, AHU, split units, VRV/VRF systems, ventilation systems, and related ACMV equipment.
• Perform chemical washing, filter cleaning, gas top-up, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Attend breakdown calls and emergency maintenance works when required.
• Ensure all servicing works are completed according to safety procedures and company standards.
• Prepare service reports and update work progress to supervisor/PIC.
• Transport workers, tools, materials, and equipment to project or maintenance sites safely.
• Ensure proper care, cleanliness, and maintenance of company vehicle.
• Assist project team on installation, dismantling, and site coordination works when necessary.
• Support ad-hoc operational duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years and above relevant working experience in ACMV servicing and maintenance.
• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License.
• Good knowledge in ACMV systems troubleshooting and maintenance works.
• Able to work independently and under minimal supervision.
• Familiar with Singapore safety practices and site regulations.
• Physically fit and able to travel to different work locations.
• Responsible, punctual, and good working attitude.
• Able to work overtime/night works when required will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills：

• Experience in commercial buildings, retail outlets, offices, and F&B environments.
• Knowledge in chilled water systems and ducting works will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of electrical control and BMS systems is a plus.
• Experience in handling service tools and ACMV equipment safely.
