Job Description

Weeseng HVAC Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ACMV Engineer cum Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and managing ACMV projects from planning through to successful completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) systems.

• Strong technical knowledge of chiller and AHU design.

• Proven leadership capabilities with good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with ACMV systems, BCA Green Mark certification processes, and relevant regulations.

• Proficient in 3D & Electrical/Solidworks .

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support, including drawings, calculations, and system design/customisation for ACMV works.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, coordination, execution, control, and project completion.

• Lead and supervise cross functional project teams and contractors to ensure timely progress according to project schedules.

• Oversee site activities, installation works, and ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

• Monitor project costs, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Coordinate manpower planning to meet project demands.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout project stages.

• Ensure all regulatory, safety, and quality requirements are strictly adhered to
