Responsibilities:

• Design & drafting of ACMV system.
• Compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements & authority submission.
• Liaison with Clients & Professional of other disciplines
• Perform material take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) for M&E services.
• Prepare cost estimations, cost breakdown, and budget comparisons.
• Prepare and process progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Support tender exercises, including evaluating quotations from vendors and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE related experience in Singapore
• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying, equivalent
• Has knowledge of AutoCAD/ Revit or BIM software.
