Responsibilities

• Assembling, installing, and testing ACMV systems for Commercial building works
• Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications
• Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics
• Maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems
• Troubleshoot ACMV issues using appropriate testing devices
• Ensure timely availability and condition of materials and equipment to prevent delays.
• Resolve any installation or technical issues that arise during the project.
• Maintain progress records, materials usage, and scope changes, and report regularly to management and clients.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to integrate duct systems with other building systems.
• Provide updates to clients, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and environmental standards.
• Train team members on installation techniques, safety procedures, and industry standards.
